Comments: Yes to the vinaigrette! I loved how well it paired with the spinach, cucumber, and onions, adding plenty of moisture and flavor to the wrap without relying on a heavy, creamy sauce. That being said, I think the wrap could benefit from a different type of cheese or perhaps the addition of a light white sauce to round out the flavors. I also wish the wrap had been toasted a bit more. Unfortunately, the chicken was a tad too salty, which really hurt the overall dish and led to some significant point deductions. Despite the saltiness, it was still enjoyable and definitely edible.
Once again, I ordered through Grubhub. This time the wait was slightly longer, but the service was still fairly quick. I enjoyed my wrap under the beautiful new glass-covered area, which made for a really pleasant setting. There was a lot of activity at Fin’s Landing that day, and it seemed like they were having some sort of official inauguration. They even had a DJ on-site, which made the atmosphere especially fun and lively. Overall, it was another great experience, and I would definitely order from here again!
