Comments: Hoping to try something different, I ordered this bowl but ended up disappointed. My request for half lettuce was missed, and the bowl arrived completely cold, with hard rice and flavor that fell a little below average. It was edible, but there wasn’t much to enjoy.

The Experience
We ordered through their official website as usual and used $5 in rewards we’d earned from previous orders. Our food was ready on time, but unfortunately, the yuca fries we paid about $5 extra for were missing. Pollo Tropical is a regular choice for us, though this experience left us disappointed.
