Peruvian Cuisine

Main course: El Salmón de Mama Ele
Price: $38
Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Flavor: 8/10
Comments: I enjoyed this dish; the sauce and the salmon were the stars. Although the cornbread was good, its sweetness was somewhat overpowering. I believe the dish would have been better over rice.
Drink: Cholopolitan (Absolut vodka, lime, passion fruit, orange liquor, cranberry).
Price: $17
Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Flavor: 9.5/10
Comments: I absolutely enjoyed this drink. It had the perfect amount of alcohol. I loved the passion fruit and the overall flavor combination. In terms of presentation, I thought the added leaf was unnecessary.

Main course: Pescado a lo Macho
Price: $32
Presentation: ⭐⭐
Flavor: 6/10
Comments: The fish was good and the sauce okay. However, I found the calamari rings to be on the blander side. Overall, the dish was not exactly what I expected when I chose this menu item.
I had a great time at this restaurant. It has a modern atmosphere, and our server was attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. Although they aren’t featured in this post, I also tried several of the ceviches, and they were absolutely delicious. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the ceviche is definitely a must-try. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake, which I personally found a bit too sweet. Overall, though, the food was great, and I would definitely come back again.
