Comments: The mango flavor paired excellently with the chocolate. The decor items added some crunch to the mousse’s softness. The cake sponge at the bottom did not add much; I would have preferred if it had a cookie texture for some additional crunch.
The Experience
This cake was purchased thinking it was passion fruit flavored, as this is what the staff stated. However, the mango flavor was unequivocal at first bite.
