Comments: Server recommended this dish as one of the best in the house and it did not disappoint. The skirt was cooked medium well as requested. Each bite was full of flavor with a fantastic balance from the chimichurri and bacon. The potatoes were crispy, tasted as if they were just pulled out of the oven.

Comments: Loved the taste of the balsamic, it was strong with a unique sweet undertone. The greens were fresh, but although I enjoyed the salad, there was not much else special besides the balsamic dressing.

The Experience
Upon our arrival, the restaurant had a “Reserved” table waiting for us. They even selected the one with the best lighting, which was a thoughtful gesture. We visited on a Tuesday night when most of the orders are takeout, which meant that we were the only couple at the restaurant. The server was welcoming, attentive, and kind at all times, creating a pleasant experience. I loved the décor; it made for some fun conversations. I will definitely be back.
