I first made this recipe several years ago, and it was an instant hit
with my family. It’s become one of our favorites, and my husband
frequently asks me to make it.

What I Loved
♡
Beautifully balanced flavors from start to finish.
The lemon adds the perfect touch of tartness.
The capers provide a subtle, briny saltiness.
The fresh spinach adds color and texture.
The sauce was incredibly creamy.
The rich flavor of the salmon perfectly ties everything together.
My Adjustments
↺
Double the salmon. (Personal choice for some extra protein).
Triple the garlic. (I just love garlic).
Replaced the lemon zest with lime zest. (That’s what I had on hand, but from previous times, the lemon provides a brighter flavor that complements the dish much better).
Cooked the salmon for about 25 minutes because that is how long it took to reach an internal temperature of 145 F.

I absolutely love this recipe. If you are having guests over and you want to impress, this is a recipe to pick. Some people might not be spinach or capers lovers, but trust the process, every ingredient is there for a reason to reach a perfect bomb of flavor. Highly recommend!
